A Passion for Building

Nancy Rodriguez became a general contractor because of her lifelong passion for building. From an early age, she was captivated by the process of creating something from scratch—whether it was a simple birdhouse or a more complex structure. This deep-rooted love for craftsmanship naturally led her to pursue a career in carpentry. For 20 years, Nancy has gained hands-on experience working with both residential and commercial clients. 

Unique Experience Provides a Wealth of Knowledge

Over the years, Nancy has taken on a diverse range of projects, from small residential renovations to large-scale commercial builds. She’s also become a familiar face on television, appearing on shows like Dude Room (Discovery), Over Your Head (HGTV), Home Made Simple (OWN), and most recently, overseeing two home builds for The Flipping El Moussas (HGTV).

Known for her approachable, down-to-earth style, Nancy has earned the trust of her clients by making the often overwhelming construction process feel accessible.
